I'm flying into a Prague and meeting my elderly aunt who is flying in separately who doesn't use a cell phone. I'm trying to set up a meeting point with her at the airport, but having never been there before, am at a loss as to where to meet. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
The airport in Prague is very small. It has two wings that meet at a corner in a rough "L" shape. The arrivals level is the lower level - no matter which airline she arrives on you will be able to find her easily if she just walks outside, waits for you, and stays put. Will you arrive first? Here's a picture of the front of the airport...
as has been said it is a small airport, if coming from a Shengen country you will come to T2 non Shengen will be T1, they are connected land side by a large corridor and the distance between then is only about 200yards.
the is a Mcdonalds about half way between the terminals and is an easy place to meet up, At T1 there are several cafes and bars that you can sit in but nothing at T2 that I recall.
Thank you to both of you! This is VERY helpful!!!
My husband and I had the same situation last May. He was flying in from the U.S. and I was flying in from Italy. He arrived before I did. He met me in the arrivals area where you come out from the secured part of the airport.
