Magic Praha

Has anyone stayed in Lida Janska's apartment (mentioned in Rick's book) in Prague? Thoughts?

never stayed there and the website does not give an address but from what I can gather it is on the edge of the Old town/ Jewish areas and either on the road Krizovnicka or very close to it pretty close to the Rudolfinium theatre. This is a pretty busy road with traffic and trams running day and night. However it is an easy walk to all the major sights and easy to get a tram to the castle area, loads of transport options as well. Numerous bars and restaurants with very easy walking and of course the Vlatava river will be very close by.
Apartment looks ok but if on a higher floor will unlikely to have an elevator.
hope this helps

Three years ago we contacted Lida to rent a place. I don't think we stayed in one of her apartments but she was able to get us an apartment newly renovated real close to the city center. Send her an email. Rick seems to like her.
