I am heading out of Ljubljana in July as well, we are flying out of Ljubljana to Germany. Are you going on a RIck Steves Tour?

Train takes about 11 hours by day, with two connections, and there's no direct overnight train. To compare flight prices and schedules, try www.skyscanner.com.
