We are a group of 5 arriving in Prague ahead of our RS Best of Eastern Europe Tour June 10th. We would like to tour some of the sights not covered by the RS tour and Living Prague Tours came recommended. I've sent emails to both of Jason's email addresses (as per his website) over the past few weeks and I haven't received any response. Does anyone know how to reach Jason or, if you've been on one of his tours, is it typical that he doesn't respond? We'd like to customize our tour options if possible.

We scheduled a tour with Jason through his website for our trip last month. We were the only two that morning, and he was excellent. I had no problem communicating with him, but I was going through his website to book an existing tour. About a week later, he sent an email with a photo he took of us and asked us to leave a review on TripAdvisor. I highly recommend him as a guide.

I am very good friends with Jason and will be having a meal and drinks with him on Thursday so will tell him to check out this thread,I will send him a text message today about this, I am just heading to the airport in the next 30 minutes on my way to Prague

Just wanted to add that Jason has always been very fast and helpful in his responses to my emails so I think it was probably a technical thing that you didn’t get a quick reply. I hope you’re able to get in contact!
