No, you should be able to just rock up. However, you'll probably end up on a Czech language tour, where they'll give you an English text to read.

We just took the Czech tour today and they gave us a printed English version which had plenty of details. Although they used the word commode and meant wardrobe. :)

Dana, antique commodes are not related to porcelain ones at all. It may be more related to a chest of drawers than a wardrobe (if you mean a tall freestanding closet), but it would be wood....https://www.thespruce.com/what-is-a-commode-1391681
