I’ll be in Prague 1st week of December, and planning a one day trip to Karlovy Vary. Any recommendations on a spa/massage place that doesn’t involve hotel booking? TIA.

Elizabeth Spa just does pool/treatments etc it's not a hotel but you'll need to reserve the procedures. Best to email them with what you want. https://www.spa5.cz/en/price-lists/treatments-and-services-price-list.html
