Jewish Museum and Old Synagogue in Prague

We are excited to see the Jewish Museum and Old Synagogue in Prague and really only have one day (a Sunday) when we will be able to go. It looks like you can buy tickets online but they are not timed. It seems like the Rick Steves guide just gives advice on the location and time to wait the least to get tickets - am I correct that there's no risk of being closed out of seeing these sights? We're going to go first thing in the morning. Thanks!

First go to https://www.jewishmuseum.cz/en/info/visit/opening-hours/#jewish-holidays and expand that section to see if the Jewish sites are closed due to festivals. Any other days are ok and they open at 9am. If you buy tickets online then it means you are using a private company offering a ticket service and collecting a paid ticket when you get here or you have made a reservation and are paying/collecting when you get here. You cannot directly reserve with the Jewish Museum as they require you you go to a ticket office and buy when you get here. If you want the area audioguide then go to the Jewish Information centre in Maiselova and get your tickets there at the same time. Don't forget that the Jewish Museum ticket does not include the Jubilee Synagogue so you need to do that separately.
