You can buy tickets passes inside both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the DPP counters. Or if you go outside to where the buses arrive you can buy tickets there so long as your card has a contactless option. Or you can buy using the PID Litacka app at https://app.pidlitacka.cz/. Start by buying a 24 hour pass as this entitles you to carry one piece of large luggage for free from the airport. Then decide how much you want to use the city transport system and buy tickets/passes as you need.

Just a quick correction. If buying tickets from a machine then the contactless payment option or a card with a PIN number are accepted. Cards without PIN numbers are usually not recognised.
