Can anyone give us advice about the best way to get from the Prague Airport to a train station with trains going to Munich?

I would take the Airport Express bus from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 that goes directly to Prague Main Railway Station :

Yes,AE bus,cost is 60kc and you pay the driver,cash is best thiugh you may be able to get tickets at an aiport stand.also chech with the place you bought your train tickets from as you may be able to use the AE bus for free. Journey time is 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.

If I remember correctly, the bus was quicker than the train to get to Munich. Check both on cd train website and also regiojet.com which offers buses and trains.
