We have a trip coming up in May 2023 to Prague. We are going to Vienna from Prague via train from the central train station. We will have 3 suitcases. What is the best way to get from our hotel to the station in Prague, with luggage? I have read that using ride share services like Uber are risky and unreliable?

Just arrange a regular taxi with the hotel. If you are in the centre then allowing for the luggage charge it should not come to more than CZK300. I use Uber less since they changed their system so that a driver could accept a new fare before they finished the previous one. Caused lots of delays. Regular taxi is the way to go here.

Depending on where your hotel is you may be able to catch the metro/underground. We have done this three times in Prague with luggage with no problems.
