We will be in Prague for 5 days for our 20th wedding anniversary and are trying to decide between these hotels. I've seen rave reviews about the service at the Agnes, but the rooms at the Mozart look more upscale and have things like a nespresso maker and a safe in the room, which are nice touches.

I have never stayed at the Hotel Mozart so I cannot compare them. I can say that the Hotel Agnes is excellent and is not as upscale as the Hotel Mozart (as seen from the outside and the public areas). I can't imagine that the service will be better than the Hotel Agnes. Hotel Agnes is upscale but not luxe. Hotel Mozart looks luxe. For a big anniversary, I'd go for luxe if the prices are the same.
