Hotel Josef or Hotel Bookquet (Leornado)

Hi,

Visiting Prague with family(wife and 2 daughters) during mid June.

Had booked Hotel Josef in the old city based on some trip reports. Have since been suggested Hotel Bookquet ( erstwhile Leonardo). Both the nearly the same price bracket.

Would be great if I can get a some advice from the forum.

Best..

We are not fans of staying in a really busy tourist area, so we stayed at Hotel Julian in Lesser town. Just blocks from tram lines that take you wherever you want to go in the city. Also recommended by Rick Steves.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hastal. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, walking distance to the main square but on a quiet street. We found it in the Rick Steves guidebook.

Thanks for your responses.

Was looking for an option between the two as the others were either not available or did not fit my criteria.

Just to update I've decided to go ahead with my reservation at Hotel Josef as some parts of the Brookquet seem to be under renovation.

Cheers

Hi All,

Just to update. We are here in Hotel Josef. A small, quirky (in a good way) modern hotel. Fantastic location. 10 mins from almost everywhere. Lovely staff. Great breakfast.

I especially loved the small things. Milton Brown toiletries, very comfortable bed and luxurious fresh linen. Free minibar.

Loving the sat here..
