not stayed in the hotel but stayed in the Hotel Pav a few times which is in the same street. a decent area to stay in and close to numerous bars and restaurants plus easy to walk to Old town Square, very close the Narodni trida metro/ tram interchange so easy to get to all parts of the city quickly.
Favourite bars/ restaurants nearby ,U Fleku probably the oldest beer hall in the city, makes their own beer and the accordian player will drive you nuts, but a great place to visit, Pivovar Narodni great more modern micro brewery with classic Czech food with a more modern twist, Max's steakhouse (run by an American guy called Max) I am in there most times when in the city especially for Whisky Wednesday, great times. Cafe Louvre, stunning place with great food , a must visit place when in the area.
