I will tell you that we love a hotel we have stayed in twice - great location, but across the Chain Bridge. U Pava - very special and boutique hotel. https://hotel-upava.cz/en/home/ Offered as another option, but small and wonderful. Great breakfast as well.

I didn't stay there but I sometimes go to the café on the ground level. It's a beautiful hotel with an impressive lobby, I would guess a great luxury pick. The hotel has a superb location (right off the Wenceslas sq.).
