I will be visiting Hlinsko Czech Republic, and plan to take the train to Vienna for two days stay there. Are there direct trains going there, or are there multiple stops? I have never traveled independently before. Is it an easy process?

I see 2 Hlinskos in Czechia. Hlinsko pod Hostynem in Moravia and Hlinsko v Cechach in Bohemia. Which one? Neither has direct train service to Vienna.

You will need to take a local train to Pardubice and get a train direct to Vienna from there.

The easiest way to find out is to visit www.cd.cz and look up trains from Hlinsko to Vienna, then you'll see the options.
