Help decide between 2 hotels, please?

I am travelling with my young adult daughter to Prague May 25-28 on a trip planned on short-notice. I'd like to stay in a hotel near the Old Town and we'd like to mostly walk. I found many hotels in my price range booked. I want to be up to 500 Euro total. I have reserved at the Icon Hotel and Lounge and also at Botanique Hotel Prague. It looks like the Icon is in a better location for walking and on Google Street view it seems Botanique is on a pretty busy street. We do want easy access to restaurants and bars and I think both will give us that. And It looks like it would be easy to take public transportation from Botanique to the Old Town. Does anyone have experience in either hotel or could anyone offer comments about the flavour of our stay in either area, please?

If all else is equal then I'd go for Icon. Quiet street but only a block from Wenceslas Square and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square. No need for public transport. Botanique is fine (used to be called Jurys Inn) and has great public transport connections but to eat/drink local you have to go away from the centre into the Karlin district or towards the centre 1 metro stop or two tram stops to Republic Square. Icon nicks it for me.

Thanks Jason. That’s exactly the kind of information I need. I’ll go with ICON!
