I can enthusiastically recommend Guenther at Kultur Cafe Prag:
He is an expert regarding Prague's history and tailored my tour to my specific interests. I had injured my knee and he graciously provided a strong arm for me to lean on so that I could see many sites I would have missed otherwise. The tour was definitely a high point of my trip.

We've used Prague Extra Tailor Made Tours several times and would highly recommend. This is a family owned business run by Kamil and Pavlina. Super nice people!
