No recommendations, but I will say that the law there requires that they identify all potential allergens on the menu. Look for the letter codes.

I have Celiac Disease, so I have to do a LOT of research before I travel in order to have safe options for a meal. Check out this article. I also use FindMeGlutenFree, Wheatless Wanderlust, and Google Maps to find restaurants that have GF options.
