Has anyone had experience with renting a car + driver? In August, four of us need to go from Prague to Nuremberg. We’d like to get a driver to take us + luggage to Nuremberg rather than go by train which is a five hour trip. It doesn’t matter if it is a car, a van, or a shuttle any info would be appreciated.

There is a bus that takes about 3 hours. Luggage in the bus hold, wifi, toilet on board. Advance non-refundable tickets are 20 EUR pp. www.bahn.com

this company can do transfers for you ,actually run by an American ex-pat and his Czech wife. I have used the company many times for airport transfers and they are highly reliable

I use Flixbus for this route Flixbus.com. By car this is 3 hours, Flixbus has services during the day from UAN Florenc which do it in 3 and a half for 18 Euros but if comfort and door-to-door is what you need then I agree with unclegus.
