Feedback please: Apt near Lannova Park?

Hello, we are family of 4 looking for reasonably priced accommodations that are not too busy and allow walking to major sites. We are looking at an apartment that is right across from Lannova Park and would like a feedback about that location? It appears to be about 15 Mins from Old Town Square. I also welcome suggestions for other apartments that might work. I would appreciate your feedback on this location.

The other option my husband is very interested in is https://www.nosticovaapartments.cz/en/ which are located in Mala Strana. Thank you for your thoughts, we are a little overwhelmed trying to find something with enough space in our budget that is central but not overwhelmingly busy.

We stayed for a month in an apartment in the Zizkov district (the tower was directly behind us). It was a short walk to either the underground or a tram while being out of the tourist area. Not sure about your budget, but for a month, it was the same price as a month's rent where we live.

Lannova Park area is ok. You'll be a 5 minute walk from Republic Square and 10-15 from the Old Town Square. It's a good location for taking a tram across to the other side of the river i.e. to Mala Strana, the Castle or to places like Stromovka Park and Holesovice (Market). The buildings are modern as opposed to the Nosticova Apartments which are more historic. But for slightly out of the way, good value I don't think you'll have any issues with the Lannova location.
