We are looking at one of these tours, and trying to find out more about how strenuous the walking/hiking is, options for viewing if not hiking all the hikes, etc. This looks/sounds beautiful, and we are in decent shape (live, recreate in Colorado), but are 68, 70, with some health issues. Looking for more specifics than on TripAdvisor, etc.

I believe there are options for moderate or easier hikes, but the best thing you can do is contact one of the tour providers.
