My wife and I are considering an evening river cruise with Gray Line in Prague. I might want the "pick up at your hotel" option. How do they know what hotel you're staying in? When I go on the website for Gray Line, www.citytours.cz, you complete aform giving your name, address, etc. but no hotel information. The next page is a request for your credit card information. I don't feel comfortable giving them my credit card information without their knowing, at that point, where we are staying. I know Gray Line is a reputable company, but it just seems strange that they don't ask for your hotel information when requesting everything else. Has anyone ordered their tickets from Gray Line with the hotel pick up option?
The pictures of the boat dining room show many tables in the middle away from the windows. Is there an outside viewing deck?
My final question...Is it necessary to order these tickets ahead of time or can you get them the same day or a day before? Thanks for your help.

I'm guessing that many hotels have the Gray Line brochure handy and will call in the reservation for you, making the hotel location a part of the record at the same time.

I could be wrong, but i am pretty sure that Gray Line is just a reseller. You would do better to do some research until you find the true provider and questions them for the details. Going anyplace other than Prague?

I asked because if you were going further south i know some really nice dinner cruises. Do that research and book directly with the provider. i think you will do better. Have a great time.

You would need to ask this question or examine pictures of the boats that the company uses. Some of the boats cruising the river have a dining room and a very small deck/landing to the rear with no other outdoor space. Others have a full roof deck with chairs and tables above the enclosed dining room.
