Evaluate my itinerary--Prague, Vienna, Budapest on Easter Weekend

I have my tickets booked, and need to workout the details between!
Arriving in Prague April 12-departing from Budapest April 22.
Look at visiting Prague, Vienna, and Budapest and trying to determine if I should allocate time evenly between all three cities or take a day from one and focus on another.

Sat, 4/12-arrive in the morning, so we effectively have a half day.
Sunday 4/13 Prague
Monday 4/14 Prague
Tuesday 4/15 Bus /Private driver Cesky Krumlov >>I am not sure if a day trip here could be skipped and day added to Vienna or Budapest.
Wednesday 4/16 Train to Vienna
Thursday 4/17 Vienna
Friday 4/18 Vienna -Good Friday starts not sure what we will be missing.
Saturday 4/19 Train to Budapest
Sunday 4/20 Budapest--Easter a bad day to visit?
Monday 4/21 Budapest
Tuesday 4/22 Morning flight out

TIA

Your itinerary looks great. If you’re not sure about Cesky Krumlov you could skip it totally, add a day in Vienna or Budapest. Budapest will be closed for Easter, but it also means Easter market and events, maybe this will be a cool thing too. Vienna, I’d say, could probably do with a bit more time, with a lot to see, but you have a nice balance though. Enjoy your trip!

I think it looks OK. Make sure you’re organized because two full days in these cities means you can’t linger anywhere for too long.

Sat, 4/12-arrive in the morning, so we effectively have a half day.
Sunday 4/13 Prague
Monday 4/14 Prague
Tuesday 4/15 Ck or Bean Shuttle to Cesky Krumlov early morning.

Wednesday 4/16 CK or Bean Shuttle to Vienna, early morning
Thursday 4/17 Vienna
Friday 4/18 Vienna -Good Friday starts not sure what we will be missing.
Saturday 4/19 Train to Budapest
Sunday 4/20 Budapest--Easter a bad day to visit?
No, not a bad day. You are going to have to be someplace on that day, a major city is best.

Monday 4/21 Budapest
Tuesday 4/22 Morning flight out
I like the rest of it too. I think Cesky is worth the effort, if not, add it to Budapest.

Excellent! Thanks for all your input. I'll dig into CK to figure some things out. And E, I'll dig into that private car. I typically love the journey via public transport, but time might be a bit more critical in our city hopping.

Cheers!

JIMMY CK and BEAN are more like bus service than a private car. You will be in a large van with 6 to 8 others. But its a relatively short trip and you get to meet some folks. I recently did something similar, a 5 hour trip to Mukachevo from Budapest and the talk along the way was sort of nice. You can do it by train too, takes a bit longer and requires a few changes along the way.
