Hi
I am looking for a tour company that would do escorted (hotel, bus, tours) of Prague and maybe one other city. Looking for 10 days on ground total. Have found many 2 nights Vienna, 2 nights, Budapest, 2 nights next place. That is too rushed for us. Optimally would have 4 nights in one city , maybe one other smaller village for one night and then 3 nights in another city . Any recommendations.

Hmmm, well my go-to if Rick doesn't have an itinerary I like is Road Scholar.
They have this one but it may be more than you want since it's 4 nights in Krakow, 4 in Budapest, 4 in Vienna and 4 in Prague.

10 days. Prague and one other city. To have 10 days come to Prague one day ahead and leave Budapest one day after the tour. Rick Steves has 8 days tour of Prague and Budapest: https://www.ricksteves.com/tours/eastern-europe/prague-budapest
