I just wanted to clarify based on people's experiences since I've seen a lot of different information online: if we are crossing the Czech border into Prague from Austria by train, do we need to show a negative Covid test, or will our recent vaccinations suffice?

As of December 9th Austria has been on the "high risk" list. So the official health ministry guidance at https://www.mvcr.cz/mvcren/imgDetail.aspx?docid=22351854 says you will need a PCR before arrival and on the 5th day here (if you are here that long). In my experience you will need a neg PCR test result but you do not show it at the border. It's usually the hotel that asks to see that. At the border if they ask for anything it's usually the Passenger locator form. From then on your proof of vaccination status will be enough to go anywhere within the country.
