Effect of Jewish holidays and St Wenceslas Day on Prague travel

I would like to take my daughter to Prague to celebrate her 30th birthday from Sept. 27 through midafternoon on Sunday Oct. 1. I realize Yom Kippur this year goes from Friday evening on Sept. 29 to Saturday evening on Sept. 30. St. Wenceslas Day is Sept. 28. How will these holidays impact our trip? Should we simply plan to go another time? Any workarounds or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

should nor make a lot of difference, the Jewish area attractions may be closed but you can still walk around the area. Public transport may be limited to a Sunday service on the 28th but that is still very good and anyway most of the major sights are all in pedestrian area.
