We will be in Prague over Easter weekend. Because of the holiday, this is something I’d like to book in advance. I’ve looked at several restaurants and wondered if anyone had an Easter dinner experience at a restaurant they’d recommend? Or should we just wing it and book something upon arrival?

My favorite place for a wonderful dinner is Hergetova Cihelna (http://cihelna.com/en/). If the terrace is open, you can face Charles Bridge and have a wonderful view, especially in the evening. Make sure you ask for a river view if the terrace isn't open. The tables are usually only reserved for two hours at a time. We had a great family and friends large dinner on the terrace during the summer and a wonderful romantic evening for the two of us right before Christmas. Great food and ambience.
A few yeas ago while vacationing in Prague, I had a hearty Easter meal at a cozy restaurant called The Mailroom Bistro. It serves authentic Czech food and it's in the city center. The food is delicious. Consider exploring this place for Easter dining options. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner meals are very tasty.
