Driver from Krakow to Prague

Looking to travel from Krakow to Prague this October. Train appears to be about 7 hours, but driving about 5. Has anyone ever taken a driver? If so, what company did you use?

There's also a sleeper train. Also, you can fly direct in just over an hour for under $50.

Daytrip.com 600 euro.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday direct on Ryanair for as little as $25. But by the time you pay for you luggage and seat count on closer to $75. Flight times vary by the day of the week but can be 05:50, 05:45 or 17:20 (Wednesday). 2.5 hours from your hotel to the airport including pre flight time + 1.1 hours flight time + 1.4 hour to get off, get luggage and get to your next hotel = 5 hours. You said the train was 7 hours so door to door its 8 hours. Driving might be closer to 5 door to door.

The RegioJet Sleeper leaves at 00:11 (be careful that you realize that is tomorrow and not today when you book it) and arrives at 06:58 so not much sleep. When you arrive you wont have a hotel, so no shower. You will have to drop your bags someplace and start your day until checkin at 14:00 (maybe). BUT, up to four can buy an entire compartment for 150 euro and thats fantastic.
