Don Giovanni/Prague Summer Nights

I am pleased to offer information about the famous American opera star Sherrill Milnes, considered to be the greatest Don Giovanni of all time, will return to Prague to make his debut as Stage Director of Don Giovanni. He was the first American to have the role of Don Giovanni at the Estates Theater in Prague where Mozart premiered it himself and has done the role more times at New York’s Metropolitan Opera House, than anyone else. There will be 4 performances of Don Giovanni (July 2,3,4,5)and he will also make a special appearance at the Opera Gala, all at the Estates Theater.
The productions are by Classical Movements as part of their new “Prague Summer Nights, Young Artists Program. This is a month long orchestral and voice program for 90 young people from leading conservatories around the world coached by faculty from top class music schools and orchestras in Europe and USA.
