We will be staying in Prague from the 23rd to the 25th of December. There are four adults, and we would like to have a nice Christmas Eve dinner. Any suggestions or ideas?
Thank you so much

Note that the 24th is our main Christmas Day not the 25th. So if you do a search for restaurants from this month they should offer details about booking places specifically for this evening. Menus will vary from traditional Czech fried carp to more generic options. As a starting point try "Bricks" in the Lesser Town or a beerhall like "U Vejvodu" in the Old Town.
I really enjoyed a meal at Kantýna at Politických věznňů 5. I was in a much larger group and we stood around this big stone obelisk in the middle of a room, which was a unique experience (your group of four would be seated at a table). All of the food was delicious, and the cocktails were quite well done, too. I was there a few weeks before Christmas and it seemed like they were doing some special meal options for the holidays. Since you're visiting around Christmas, I imagine you'll be checking out the markets—just be sure to bring some cash. Most places take cards, but a few are still cash only. Booths will charge a deposit for cups and refund the money if you return them, but I like to keep them as souvenirs.
I have no idea what Christmas Eve looks like there, but I think the Dancing House (aka the Ginger & Fred building)* would be an interesting choice. Great view of the city and river from the terrace.
