Hello, all! I am traveling small cities of Czech by a car with my two other friends in June.

can anyone recommend any other cities?

On the way from Prague you can stop in Konopiste castle then see Tabor. Unlike most towns which were founded by a king or nobility this one was founded by religious rebels hussites 1420. On the square there is a hussite museum. Ceske Budejovice is a bigger town than others. Probably good to stay overnight there. There is a brewery there, open for tours. The original Budweiser is brewed there. The German name for C.B. is Budweis. On the way to Telc you can stop in Trebon and Jindrichuv Hradec. Telc is a very small town with a picturesque square. The town is between two lakes. Depending how late it is you can stay overnight there or continue to Brno, second largest city in the Czech Republic. Certainly worth to see. You may stay two nights there and then go to Mikulov and Valtice. In one big park there is also Lednice with a chateau and minaret in the chateau park and surrounded by several lakes. Mikulov and Valtice are famous for its wine. It's all doable by car in your time frame.

Cesky Krumlov is only 13 miles south of Ceske Budejovice. So it depends if you want to see it in the evening or in the morning. If you want to see it in the evening don't stop in C.B., drive all the way to C.K. and then back to C.B. for your overnight. To see it in the morning drive there before you go to Telc.
If you want to stop for lunch or stretch your legs on the way from Telc to Mikulov, we really enjoyed Znojmo. Cool old town with great views of the Dyje River.
