The most famous festival in your time span is Colours of Ostrava. Third weekend in July. Contemporary music. At the same time is IMHO the best folklife festival Hornacke slavnosti. Authentic music of Hornacko - subregion of Slovacko - in southeastern Moravia. It is in Velka nad Velickou. By the end of August in the same place there is Ozveny Hornacka - Echo of Hornacko. International Folklife Festival in Brno - last weekend of August. These just crossed my mind.
