Czech Airlines or Norweigan Airlines?

Hi! I am trying to choose a flight between these 2 airlines for May 14 from Copenhagen to Prague.
Czech Airlines leaves at 9:15 a.m.
Norweigian Air leaves at 7:00 a.m.
The reviews I see online for Czech Airlines are not good. Norweigian has better reviews but leaves at 7am.
Please help-anyone with experience with these airlines?
Should we just wake up very early and take Norweigian?
Thank you.

I did not notice any difference between Czech Airlines and others. If I compare them with US airlines they are generally better. They feed you even on short hauls like Amsterdam to Prague or Frankfurt to Prague (about one and half hour). Flying on Delta New York to Seattle I got only small bag of pretzels and peanuts and that's 6 hours. If the price is the same or almost the same I would take Czech Airlines because the schedule suits me better.

It is not exactly a long flight, so I really would not worry, what I would check is that baggage charges that may apply and what hand baggage rules are for each flight, that may be a factor you need to look at.

Our family lives in Prague, and we have used Czech Airlines a number of times and like them a lot. The one time we had a problem with them (they lost our reservation, which we found out when we got to the airport), they cheerfully upgraded the whole family to first class. In my opinion, you should go with Czech Airlines for the convenience.

airline reviews are a waste time;
i have experience with both;
it is such a short flight how much can they screw up; take the one at 9 am; who on vacation wants to get up at the crack of dawn to catch a 7 am not unless there is a great price difference where the higher is disagreable

Hello, I have better experience with Norwegian, better service and claiming:) And they are cheaper :)

Time of day is always a factor for me. Norwegian's only non-stop leaves at 7 a.m. (yawn.) It has several one-stops, taking three to four times as long. You have also chosen the most expensive day of the whole month, by quite a bit. Czech has non-stops at 9:15 a.m., more civilized, and 7.50 p.m. Again the prices are higher than most other days of the month.

Thank you for your tips. Factoring the baggage fees Norweigian turned out cheaper since we are 5 so we booked this and just have to sacrifice the 7 am flight. Now I posted in another thread on recommendations of a transfer from Hellerup to the airport to make it to our 7 am flight.😊😊

sorry can't help with transfer but I feel your pain about the early flight. I travel to Prague several times a year and the flights are usually 6.00am, so I usually have to leave my house about 3.15 am to get to the airport for the flight.
