Does anyone know which crystal and/or Christmas shops stock cut crystal Christmas ornaments? Searches on the shops' websites have led me nowhere. I will be in Prague in June with the RS Berlin, Prague Vienna tour. Christmas ornaments make the best souvenirs and gifts.

Try a Google search for "Christmas Shop Praha". That's a shop on the castle steps at Zamecke Schody 6 that sells Christmas decorations all year. I'll stop by next time I'm in the area and see if they do glass/crystal

The Moser Art Gallery is near the Astronomical Clock. I would send them an email to see if they have them, and if not, they may be able to make a suggestion as to where you might find them.

Thanks Jason. If you don't mind stopping at Christmas Shop PRAHA, that will be great. I appreciate your offer. They don't seem to have a website, but are on my shopping list. Looking at shop pictures, I think they sell blown glass ornaments, similar to Christopher Radko. My themed trees will love those, but not the crystal & silver decorated tree.
One tree in every room, varying sizes. I get a bit carried away with Christmas decorations. I'm also buying for my sister-in-law's 12ft tree.
Thanks TravelBug79, good idea. I will email the gallery. I looked at websites of crystal shops nearby but none showed Christmas ornaments. That's why I asked the forum. I will also email the stores.

I stopped by. Busier than I thought it would be. Definitely no website. The style is similar to Christopher Radko but can't vouch for the quality. It's not cut crystal but what you will find here are glass decorations specific to Czech/Slavic traditions i.e. lots of characters that Czechs visiting you at christmas would comment on. I actually liked the vehicular ornaments the best. In any pictures if you see clear glass ornaments that is actually a blown glass bowl, on a glass stand with a coloured ornament within it i.e. not a tree decoration. Well worth a stop to browse and they take Visa cards.

Jason, thank you so much for looking at Christmas Shop PRAHA for me. I really appreciate it. I will definitely go shopping there. I’m sure I will find ornaments for the Horse Tree, the Angel Tree, the Santa Tree and souvenirs.

I have two dozen glass bulbs I picked up in Prague. I mailed them home with no breakage. Much better than trying to carry them everywhere.
