Cooking class in Prague?

We will be in Prague for a few days in May and would like to take a class. Interested in recommendations based on other's experiences. Thank you!

No personal experience but a couple of tips based on the experience and feedback of others. You'll find about 5 companies will appear in searches and on message boards. GoodMoodFood and Chefparade lean towards Czech cuisine. SaSaZu and CocinaRivero lean towards Asian. The fifth is IPPA which is a pastry/cake course. Of those 5, Chefparade has been here the longest. Be careful to check the language of any course. On a Czech language course the chef usually interacts with you in English if possible (when doing prep and cooking etc) but the general group chit-chat and advice is in Czech. Your choice will possibly come down to what's available during your stay.
