Library in the Clementinum open to visitors?

Can anyone verify if the Baroque Library, located in the Clementinum, is open to visitors? I will be arriving in mid-May.
It is my understanding was was closed at the end of 2017 but their website did not indicate the closure. So, now checking again, it looks as if it is open but not sure if the website is correct?

Thanks!

Tours of the building have stopped, but the National Library in the Klementinium in still functioning. You can buy a reader's ticket for 110czk and that will allow you into the main (Baroque) reading room. However, the Globe Room is still off-limits (you could never get in there anyway, you could only just look in from the door). The tour wasn't up to much, but it's still worth your while getting a reader's ticket, just to see the main reading room and to wander around the publically accessible parts of the library.
