In early December 2023, my sister-in-law and I will have a few days in Prague (and a few days in Vienna) to take in the Christmas markets and concerts.
Any suggestions?

You should not come to Prague only for the Christmas Markets. Instead, treat your visit to Prague as if you were coming here at any time and enjoy the markets for some outside eating and drinking (especially hot wine and hot mead). Compared with Vienna and most German cities the markets in Prague are quite small. Go to Naměstí Miru for a slightly more "locals" market. Concerts, look out for anything at ST Clements, Spanish Synagogue or ST Nicholas Lesser Town.
