Hi, I have three questions please:
1) Is the train or bus a better option from Prague to Cesky Krumlov, and kindly tell me which site is reliable to book tickets on please.
2) Will most of the castle be closed in the first week of March? If closed, is it then a waste going there?
3) How could I go from Cesky Krumlov to Budapest please?

They are both about the same. You can book the bus online at www.regiojet.cz and the train online at www.cd.cz.

Krumlov to Budapest isn't a well worn route, but it can be achieved by going from Krumlov to Vienna and from Vienna on to Budapest.
Student Agency bus is the cheapest and most convenient way to get from Prague to Cesky Krumlov.
A good company I used for a private transfer from Cesky Krumlov to Vienna is Sebastian Tours. From Vienna its easy to catch a train to Budapest.
