Cesky Krumlov - any hidden gems or recommendations?

I have always found hidden gems (hidden alleys, courtyards, historical remains, interesting buildings, great views, hidden spots...) in most city that I have visited.

I am struggling a little to find something in Cesky Krumlov, although I am sure there must be something. I know that cesky krumlov is very small and touristy - so it is a little harder to find something.

Does anyone have a recommendtion of something that is
- usually overlooked?
- hidden spot?
- off the beaten path?
- hidden alleys or spaces?

I would appreciate your input and ideas - thank you in advance!

The Outdoor Revolving Theater, beyond the Castle Gardens. Completely ignored by RS. Check it out at otacivehlediste.cz

Not hidden, but we particularly enjoyed an early morning (before 8:00) walk in the castle gardens. Just the two of for a long while, before being joined by a local lady and her dog.

The Graphite Museum is really cool. They take you into the mountain on a mining train, equipped with rubber boots, a smock and a miner's hat and lamp. It's a really nifty experience.

Special interest item is one of the three remaining completely original Baroque court theaters in Europe. Timed tour only, limited tickets from the city ticket booth, few tours in English. (Other two are in Drottningholm, Sweden and Gotha, Germany. Original sliding scenery, ropes and winches, artificial candles.)
