My wife and I with our two adult children will be in Prague in late May. We wish to rent a car for a day to see if we can find long lost relatives.
Any suggestions on a day car rental?

Take a look at https://www.czechocar.cz/ and if you can work out a route so you know the distance you'll be driving then also look at the limited mileage offers.
