Bus to Train in Prague connection

I am considering booking a bus from Prague to Cesky Krumlov, staying overnight and returning to Prague the next morning. (Day1)
I will take a sleeper train the night I return moving on to Krakow. (Day2)

I see that there are a number of luggage storage places in the city and would want to leave our bags in a convenient place as we leave Prague on the bus on Day 1 (only an overnight bag for two people) and later pick them up upon our return on Day 2. The sleeper train leaves around 10 pm and we plan an activity or two in between the return to Prague and departure later that day.

If the train station and bus station were adjacent it would be no sweat-one convenient place.

As much as we travel much lighter these days, we still will have two small bags to stow, since we only want to bring a change of clothes for the day. We could try to find a hotel closer to the train station I guess. Thoughts?

Some buses stop at Praha Hlavni which is the main railway station. The bus stop is on the Wilsonova main road very close to the upper level entrance to the station. Some other buses may be at the bus stations at Florenc (next to the metro stop of the same name) or Na Knizeci (near Andel Metro station).

If you use Flixbus you'll depart from the Main Train Station so you'll be able to use the luggage storage there. They have card-payment lockers on the north side of the station and an office on the south side of the station.
