Going to Czesky Kremlov first of December, just overnight from Prague what is best way to get there and cost
There's one direct train a day now, but the train station is apparently a little further from the center than where the buses drop you. (I had a car when I was staying in Cesky Krumlov.) So I'd look at the buses too - the former Student Agency buses ran several times a day and were affordable last time I checked.
Google for "czech buses trains" to find the main website showing schedules and times. I think there's an English option. Will help to spell "Cesky Krumlov" correctly (or even as Český Krumlov).
You can also take a shuttle service based in CK. They can be found on the CK tourism website or in Google. They can take you anywhere oin the region and prices are fair.
Student agency bus

3 hour confortable bus ride, many bus per day, dirt cheap 7€ per person.
I also second the student bus. They even serve you hot chocolate.
I took the shuttle myself and found it very convenient, if a bit more expensive. The advantage of the shuttle over the bus or train is that it will deliver you hotel (Prague) to hotel (CK) so you don't have to get from the bus stop or train station to your hotel on your own.
Yep, CK shuttle is good; door to door service.
We used the CL shuttle going from Prague to Cesky Krumlov, then Cesky Krumlov to Vienna. We chose door to door service and it was very convenient.
Door to door shuttle is obviously the most convenient but not the cheapest. Student Agency now renamed Regiojet bus is one option. Another one is train. One a day direct, many more with change in Ceske Budejovice. Considering cost and comfort the best would be IMHO the direct train. It is about 20 minutes walk from the train station in C.K. to the historical center. Or taxi ride for about 5 bucks. Bus station in C.K. is closer to the center. Price of train and bus is about the same. Depending on exchange course about 8 to 10 dollars.
