Best Tour Guide in Prague

My husband and I spent 10 days in the Czech Republic, mainly Prague. Our vacation was very successful thanks to our guide Vaclav Storek. Before our trip, my husband contacted Vaclav. He found his name in Rick Steves book. Vaclav set us up with a transport company who picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel. He also planned day trips to our places of interest and provided us with transportation and incredible amount of historical and architectural information. Vaclav recommended places where the natives eat. We ventured out on our own and we were very pleased. Vaclav has an amazing personality. He speaks English very well. We felt he was more like a friend not our guide. At the end of our trip, we had a new friend. He was prompt. Met us at our hotel early mornings where the transport picked us up. Vaclav was also very accommodating always working with our schedule not his.

During our tours, Vaclav always knew the best places to take a break, have a bite to eat, have a coffee and a snack. We would have never found these special places if it wasn’t for Vaclav. When we got to museums, he made life easier for us by making the transactions talking to the people to get our tickets.

We will be back and hire Vaclav again for more adventures.

We took the Free Walking Tour where the tour guides work for tips. Then we went back and did their Nightlife Tour of Prague where they take you around to a number of restaurants and bars. The nightlife tour was really fun--and worth going to.

It's a good start in the city.
