Upcoming travel back to beautiful Czech Republic. Would like to go from Czesky Krumlov to Brno using public
Transportation. Any suggestions for best/fastest way?

Unfortunately, It's not an easy route by train. Numerous changes.
Fixbus offers a direct bus that takes a little over 4 hours.
Don't rely entirely on Rome2rio. It's not always correct.
I left Brno yesterday. It's a great place.

It helps if i put in the right search too. Rome to Rio did hit on the direct bus.
Cesky Krumlov to Brno isnt a trip I would not plan. I dont like buses and I dont like trains with a bunch of changes. I might tolerate one and that option does exist. BUT, if I found myself in Cesky Krumlov and wanted to go to Brno I would first go to české budějovice (they are close. I would have to look, car, bus, train ... under an hour). then I would spend the day in české budějovice as it looks like a beautiful undertouristed city. Perfect for my interest. At about 16:00 there is a direct train to Brno.
