What is the easiest way to get from the Prague airport to the town center? Taxi? Bus? Mass Transport (if that is an option)

PRG has taxi and bus service. For transit information: http://www.prg.aero/en/parking-transport/transport/public-transit/
We used a car service because we had ski gear in addition to our carry-on bags. Usual car service price in 2112 was 650CZK but we need a van at 900CZK to accommodate our 210 cm long ski box. Driver met us in the terminal and dropped us at the hotel door.

Link is for public transit.
We stayed at the Green Garland: http://www.uzv.cz/index1.htm
They arranged the car service. The Green Garland is in what we Americans would consider a narrow alleyway in old town and would have been difficult to find dragging my ski box and gear bag over cobbled streets.
