Airport Shuttle- Prague

I booked lodging with a property called City Castle Aparthotel in part because they said they offered a free ride on an airport shuttle.

I like that idea and plan to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when I arrive in the city this Friday, March 22. To avoid any glitches, I wrote the Hotel and asked if there was anything special I needed to show or say to ensure that I find the right shuttle and ensure that it is in fact a free ride. They haven’t yet answered back.

So I ask, anyone here with experience doing this? Any tips to offer?

who have you booked through, looking at their website they say there is a charge for airport shuttle, https://citycastleaparthotel.praguehotels.site/en/. any place offering shuttle services usually employ a local taxi or private transfer system.
it is very easy to get to you accommodation by public transport, Trolley Bus 59 to Veleslavin (last stop) to and metro to Hradcanska, very short walk from there. Also Uber are the official taxi for the airport and you can book on the App or on the many units at the exit of the airport.

I know that company well but are you sure that it is free or the accommodation are paying. I will send this link to Chris the owner (I have known him for years) and let him know of your concerns.
what would normally happen is someone from the shuttle service will be at the exit doors from the arrival hall with a placard or I Pad with your name clearly displayed.I am actually on my way to Prague tomorrow.
