I think the Salvator has the most character of the choices but it is a 3 star. Grandium is a block away from Wenceslas Square and I know many people that have stayed here even before it was renamed to Grandium (used to be the hotel yasmin). Grandium has a fairly small breakfast area for it's size so there is often some queuing. The Ramada is right on Wenceslas Square and the rooms/facilities at the Ramada are standard for the chain with the common areas overlooking the rear courtyard but to get into the hotel you have to go through a weird ground floor entry hall. So if it's character and unique place I'd go Salvator. If you want facilities then it's either of the others although I lean towards Grandium.

You'll like it. Couple of tips for you. Right outside your hotel you have some Prague Stumble Stones (WW2 Memorial). Opposite is a Czech restaurant called Bredovsky Dvur that does a nice spicy goulash. Down the road is Kantyna (on the expensive side but great if you like meat), no reservations, you just have to turn up. Make sure you have a look inside the main post office at the end of the street.
