A menu question

I've been looking at some of the suggestions for Andel made by Marcus and Uncle Gus - thanks again guys.

I've noticed that on some lunch menus there are small numbers separated by a comma under each of the items. They don't appear on the main menus and I've never noticed them before. An example here

It's just curiosity but does anyone know what they are?

these number apply to the allergens in the meals, ie No1 is Gluten. there is usually a reference on the back of the menu as to what the allergens are but usually in Czech.

when these numbers first started on menus a couple of years ago they threw me a bit until a Czech friend explained it to me.
new thing to look out for now on receipts is a FIK code Fiscal identification Code that should now be on all receipts, something to do with making sure that bars ,restaurants etc. are declaring all their sales for tax purposes.

Something similar regrading food with numbers next to them exists in Germany too. I don't recall exactly where I've seen this but a number of times. For example: say "Riesenbockwurst" 1,2,4 These numbers are like footnotes to indicate what to expect, maybe 1. Farbstoff, 2. Geschmackverstärker, etc.
