Hi, 4 days in October are lovely. You can try hotel Residence Agnes, they are very well review on TripAdvisor and they can also pick up you from the airport. It is close to the city center and the staff is amazing! They offer some tour guides but we had that one: https://www.prague-cool-guide.com/, very lovely knowledgeble guide (but we took tour in Norwegian:-) ) . She is from Prague and is very professional (and official guide). We visited the Jewish Quarter together, we recommend to see Prague from one of the towers. May be the copy of Eiffel tour is the best, but we were on 3 towers in Prague. If the weather is fine, so take the boat tour "Prague Venice", but buy the ticket in the museum, not on the street. You can see the gardens which are still open. We were in Franz Kafka museum which is interesnting and museum of communism. Otherwise the transportation in Prague works well, there is also the night bus or tram. Good local market is in the centre, 2 minutes from the Astronomical clock: it is Havel Trziste and during our stay they had farmers markets in the centre as well.
