Watch the fireworks display at midnight from one of the public squares. The Charles Bridge is very popular too--just watch out for drunk locals shooting off their own fireworks (sometimes at each other!). Might want to look into a river cruise too. Check this site out, and click the 'new years 2014' tab on the left....
